Spreyton Ciders wedding shed is a unique wedding venue located amongst our working orchards right here in the picturesque valley of Spreyton, Tasmania.
Every wedding is unique and also the style of weddings varies. Although most of our weddings are informal, straightforward, and laid back, our shed can be dressed up for sit-down and more formal weddings.
The Wedding Shed is located just a short walking distance from our Cellar Door in Spreyton and is surrounded by apple orchards.

Would you like to put your own creative touches on a blank canvas?
We offer our shed as a blank canvas. That means that our couples have control of the decorating of the shed. This makes every wedding very special and unique. DIY, helping hands or a wedding stylist – the exact way that you want it to be!
The shed has dimensions of 20m x 9m with a grass bank in front, surrounded by a wall of apple crates to close up the space to a beautiful and unique venue.
Depending on the setup and style of your wedding, the shed itself fits up to approx 130 people, With the weather on your side, you have even more room with the outside space.

The Wedding ceremony is also welcome to be within the orchard. We have a couple of nice clearings in close proximity to the shed or in the orchard nearby.

Alternate Venue
Our cellar door offers to be a beautiful venue for smaller weddings, birthday and engagement parties as well as private functions.
The venue accommodates 40-50 in a sit-down meal or up to around 80 people as a casual cocktail-style venue. Our bar serves drinks such as cider, beer, wine, sparkling wine, and mixed spirits.
There is a beautiful outside area to make a casual and comfortable space next to our small cider apple orchard. For colder temperatures, we have an indoor fireplace and we provide gas heaters outside. Recently, we have also built a kid’s playground right next door to our cellar door.
