Our Spiced Pear cider is a winter, seasonal release, and a first for 2022. As soon as you crack open a can you can smell the wonderful aroma of cooking spices that complement a poached pear – cinnamon, vanilla, and cloves.
We have carefully blended our original pear cider with the mulling spices, nothing artificially added, to ensure those morish spices complement the delicate pear flavour of the pear.
This concept has been in the pipeline for over a year, so we were rapt with how the first attempt has turned out and have limited the release to just 4500L.

Sour Cherry Cider
Our Sour Cherry Cider is a sessionable and refreshingly acidic made from tart Kentish and sweet Lapin cherries. Combined with sharp apple cider to give a final blend of rich cherry sweetness in the front palate over zingy apple acid drops lingering through the back palate.

This has got to be a favourite of mine, really tastes like a pear with hints of spice that makes it delightful and delicious to drink! Heat it a little and makes for a ‘pick me up’ on a cold Tassie night. More people need to review this product it is fine cider making at its best.
